The symposium registration fee should be no more than 400 Euro,
including all meals. (If we obtain additional funding this may
decrease.) For accompanying persons, meals are 35-40 Euro.

More than 30 days before arrival date: no penalty
7-30 days before arrival: penalty of 65% of total
