My Research

I am advised by Professor Ron Shamir.

In 2014-2015 I was advised by Professor Carl Kingsford. I worked on improving performance of Bloom filters for storing k-mers and large-scale sequence search for the genetic origins of Pre-Implantation Factor (PIF) in human embryos. For more information see our publications.

In the 2013-2014 academic year I conducted research in automated text simplification, advised by Professor Maxine Eskenazi. We ran a collaborative crowdsourcing experiment to collect iterative, human-generated sentence simplification for analysis and modeling. For more information on the project see our publications.
