2/12/2002: Question #5 in Assignment #1 has been updated. See online version.

16/12/2002: Note that it is possible in an exercise to do more items than required for full credit, and accumulate points for future exercises. For example, if you solve correctly 18 items in exercise 1, you gain 2 extra credit points.

26/12/2002: It is possible to write the assignments in Hebrew.

27/12/2002: See online version of assignment 2 for update in questions 1 and 2.

30/12/2002: The deadline of assignment 2 is extended to 2/1/03. Please submit to Tzvika's mailbox (Ziskind Building).

5/1/2003: There is no class this week (7/1). Handing in assignment 3 is postponed to 14/1. Assignment 4 will be put on the website this week.

12/1/2003: Assignment 4 is online.

16/1/2003: It is possible to write assignment 4 in MATLAB (be sure that the running time is reasonable).

23/1/2003: Assignment 2 is waiting for you in Midreshet Feinberg.

30/1/2003: Assignment 5 is online.

10/2/2003: There is an extension in assignments 4 and 5. They are both due on March 4.

12/2/2003: Assignment 2 of Liran Goren is missing. If somedbody took it by mistake from the Midrasha please return it to her or to one of the TAs.

27/2/2003: Exercise 2 in phylogeny section of assignment 5 was fixed. See online version.

28/2/2003: The deadline of the excersizes is extended. The firm deadlines are 11/3 for excersizes 4,5 and 18/3 for excersize 6.
