Title: Post-linker optimizations techniques 

I'll describe the goal and some algorithms of
post-linker stage of executable/library creation.
I'll talk about how to instrument, profile, and 
re-structure/optimize  executables/libraries for 
the DSP processors architecture. The optimizations
include utilization of the (instruction) memory hierarchy,
branch alignment,  dead code elimina­tion etc.
These optimizations are known to be critical for embedded
applications.
