Preface

This section is based on the article of Akutsu et al [1]. Almost all proofs and all figures were take from this paper. In this section we show how to identify a gene regulatory network from data obtained by multiple gene perturbations (disruptions and overexpressions) taking into account the number of experiments and the complexity of experiments. An experiment consists of parallel gene perturbations and their total number is the complexity of an experiment.
