Information for Prospective Students
We are always excited to work with bright and motivated students! We are looking for M.Sc and Ph.D. students, but strong undergraduate students with interest in theory are also welcomed to contact us.
If any of the many research areas within theory interest you then please contact the relevant faculty member. A good way to get acquainted with research topics is by doing a project. You can either do a project via “First steps in research” course (0368-3249) or by contacting a faculty member directly.
If you want to do research in theory then the Complexity course (0368-3168) is a must! We also recommend that you take advanced courses taught by the theory group. A good math background is also quite helpful.
