Intra-connection among proteins in input target sets
SPIKE enables the user to upload target sets of genes/proteins and display all the
connections among nodes in each set. Select the 'Open file' button in the toolbar and then
the tool dialog that opens check the protein sets you wish to analyze. Maps displaying the
connections between nodes in each set will be generated (Note: a separate map is created
for each set).
